Claripoint™ Web Presentation

To take advantage of showing people images to support your conversation, your client or colleague has to log onto Claripoint through a special page on your website. That's all that they have to do - there are no downloads, no delays, no distractions and no complications. If you do not have a web site, your clients can log on through your own page on the Claripoint website.

Meanwhile, you log onto your Claripoint account, from where you can see your clients or colleagues arriving into your 'waiting room'. When everyone is assembled, and you have selected whom you want to see the material, you simply select the slide, or capture the image, that you want to show them and send it to their screens. You continue with your telephone conversation or conference call, but now you can clarify any points that you are making by instantly sharing any document, chart, web page or data that you can call up on to your computer screen.

Four presenting tools for ultimate flexibility

With Claripoint you have the choice of what you present and when you present it. The Claripoint tools offer almost unlimited flexibility to be responsive to your customers' requirements.
Presentations
Upload your PowerPoint presentations to your Claripoint account so that they are always immediately available to you. Using Claripoint you can select any slide from any presentation in any order when showing them to your customers.
SnapShot
SnapShot is Claripoint's unique feature allowing you to instantly show whatever is on your screen to your customers. You just press a key on your keyboard, click on what you want the customer to see - and they are seeing it! Snapshot works with any Windows application.
WebSync
Direct your customer's web browser to a URL - they can follow you as you navigate a site or you can use your browser's favorites to store links to particular resources.
File Transfer
Transfer any file from your computer to your customer. They just have to click on the file and choose to save it. Great if you've talked your customer through a presentation and then want them to have it to keep.
In addition:
There is no need to schedule presentations in advance. Just login and use your account whenever you need.

Claripoint has an extensive, context-sensitive on-line help system, customer service by email and 24hr live customer service by telephone.

No Downloads

Many companies claim that they have 'no downloads', but then require the user to download a large java applet. When we say no downloads are necessary - we really mean it.
Claripoint believes that when you want to present to your customers, you should not waste their time or require them to make any configuration changes to their computer or network. Providing the ultimate in speed, ease of access and reliability, only Claripoint doesn't force your customers to download any applications or Java applets. For most requirements, Claripoint gives all of the required functionality with none of the complications or risk of failure.

Audit Trail

Claripoint offers a full audit trail so that you have a record of who showed what to whom, and when. We keep this audit trail on-line for you for over two months for you to print or save electronically.
We can also supply the audit trail archived onto a CD-ROM. Record and playback capabilities or after event web streaming are soon to be available upon request.

Customer management tools

Claripoint provides functionality that allows you to mange the relationship with your customers:
  • Set the URL (web address) to which your customers are diverted when they log out of your presentation. Either divert them to your home page, or perhaps set up a page for a feedback questionnaire after a presentation.
  • Post a marketing presentation in the 'waiting room'. This is shown immediately to customers, before you even select them for a presentation. For example, use this for background company information.
  • A question-raising tool is available which allows any member of a large audience to submit text questions to the presenter, and for the presenter or an assistant to manage those questions.
  • An automatic audience login option lets you get large audiences into your seminar or training session very quickly, so they do not have to wait.
  • Through the use of invitation emails, it is possible to reduce the effort required by customers to enter your presentation to just one mouse click.
